Pacific Northwest Food and Creation Tour 12 Days and 11 Nights (Airfare not included)

***BEFORE BOOKING YOUR AIRFARE*** Flights MUST ARRIVE to Seattle, WA (SEA) and DEPART from Portland, OR (PDX) for transportation from Bethel Tours 4 U. We require that you contact us PRIOR to booking airfare. We must coordinate times of arrival and departure. If guests prefer to arrive and depart from a different airport guests will be responsible to obtain their own transportation to the airport. This arrangement would also require contact PRIOR to booking airfare. If guests do not coordinate flight bookings with our schedule the tour reservation is subject to cancellation. 

Specific payment details:

• Non-refundable Deposit: $600 per person. Due immediately upon booking. Unpaid deposits will result in a cancelled reservation. This deposit goes to holding Air BnBs and or hotels for guests.

• First payment: Payment of $733 per person is due 90 days before arrival.

• Second payment: Payment of $733 per person is due 60 days before arrival. 

• Final payment: Remaining balance. Due 30 days prior to arrival.

• Please NOTE if you do need to cancel your tour with us after 30 days there is no refund. However, we will hold your payments as a credit to apply to another tour within 1 year.

Cancellation policy: 

• Eligible for partial refund: Booking must be cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival. Guests will be refunded the first payment minus the non-refundable deposit. 
• Non-eligible for refund: Bookings cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival. At 30 days prior to arrival, it will be very difficult to replace a cancellation.
• All packages are eligible for credit should cancellation be necessary. Credit is applied to future tour dates scheduled within 1 year from the date of the original booking. 
• Deposits are non-refundable. 

Check out the below Itinerary for full details. We will have one tour in 2025 August. Our Stargazing Night will be a Meteorite Shower of Perseids in August. This Shower peaks in mid-August. It can produce up to 100 Meteors per hour. It is SPECTACULAR!!

1st Day- Fly into Seattle, WA (SEA) Airport. We will coordinate times to meet at the Airport as a group to travel together and get settled in to Air BnB.

2nd Day- This will be our 1st City Food Day. We will have more details as it gets closer. The Pacific NW is well known for the FOOD. 

3rd Day-  This will be a day of Sightseeing in Seattle. Waterfall, City and more Food to taste.

4th Day- We will drive to Cannon Beach. Get settled in to Air BnB and have dinner out together as a group.

5th Day- Visit Haystack Rock and a few cool beaches on the West Coast. It may be 85 degrees out but the water of the Pacific Ocean is still ice cold!

6th Day- We will drive to Brookings OR. Get settled in at Air BnB for the evening.

7th Day- Visit the Redwood State Park. Have you heard of the Redwood Trees? Talk about GINORMOUS!

8th Day- We will drive to Bend, OR. Have dinner as a group at a local Pub/Restaurant. Bend has over 30 Breweries in a town of only 104k in population. Get settled in at Air BnB.

9th Day- This day we will do some light hiking, visit some favorite food places and then Stargaze at Night. Hope you will see some shooting stars!

10th Day- We will drive to Portland, OR. On the way to PDX we will see a few Majestic Mountains. We will get settled in for the night at Air BnB.

11th Day- We will visit Multnomah Falls and taste some local food. Visit a Lavendar Farm in the city of Portland.

12th Day- We will Depart from Portland, OR (PDX) Airport.
