***BEFORE BOOKING YOUR AIRFARE*** Flights MUST ARRIVE and DEPART from Portland, OR (PDX) for transportation from Bethel Tours 4 U. We require that you contact us PRIOR to booking airfare. We must coordinate times of arrival and departure. If guests prefer to arrive and depart from a different airport guests will be responsible to obtain their own transportation to the hotel and airport. This arrangement would also require contact PRIOR to booking airfare. If guests do not coordinate flight bookings with our schedule the tour package is subject to cancellation.
Specific payment details:
- Non-refundable Deposit: $400 per person. Due immediately upon booking. Unpaid deposits will result in a cancelled reservation.
First payment: 50% of the total balance. Due 60 days before arrival.
Final payment: Remaining balance. Due 30 days prior to arrival.
Please NOTE if you do need to cancel your tour with us after 30 days there is no refund. However, we will hold your payments as a credit to apply to another tour within 1 year.
Cancellation policy:
- Eligible for partial refund: Booking must be cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival. Guests will be refunded the first payment minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Non-eligible for refund: Bookings cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival. At 30 days prior to arrival, it will be very difficult to replace a cancellation.
- All packages are eligible for credit should cancellation be necessary. Credit is applied to future tour dates scheduled within 1 year from the date of the original booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
Check out the below Itinerary for full details. We will have one tour in April and one in October. Our Stargazing Night will be a Meteorite Shower of Eta Aquarids in April and Orionid in October.
1st Day- Fly into Portland, OR (PDX) Airport. We will coordinate times to meet at the Airport as a group to travel together to the Hotel. We will arrive at the Hotel in Portland and get settled.
2nd Day- This will be our 1st City Sightseeing Day. We will include the International Rose Garden in April and the Fall Scenic Views of in April and Multnomah Falls. We will then travel to the Oregon Coast. We will arrive at Lincoln City, OR and get settled in the Air BnB.
3rd Day- We drive to Cannon Beach, OR and see the famous Haystack Rock. Visit the fun shops. We will drive to Tillamook, OR and see the very popular Tillamook Creamery.
4th Day- We will drive to Devils Punch Bowl. Then we will drive to Depoe Bay for Whale Watching.
5th Day- We will travel to Bend, OR. We will stop in Woodburn to view the Tulip Festival in April and stop in Salem at Silver Falls State Park in October. We will arrive at Bend and get settled into the Air BnB.
6th Day- We will head to Sisters, OR and visit a very popular Bakery. Hike an easy trail around Clear Lake and hike an easy trail next to the Metolius River.
7th Day- Shop at local Bend shops. (No Sales Tax). In the evening, we will spend some time Star Gazing. You will be in Awe!
8th Day-Departure at Portland, OR (PDX) Airport. We loved meeting you and hope to be friends forever.
