This tour package includes visiting Chelmsford Bethel, two Bible Tours at the British Museum, two sightseeing days and a full day excursion with lunch included.

If you would like to book this tour without airfare, please let us know and we will adjust the price to $2100 per person. See important booking details below.  

***BEFORE BOOKING YOUR AIRFARE*** Flights MUST ARRIVE and DEPART from Heathrow Airport (LHR) for transportation from Bethel Tours 4 U. We require that you contact us PRIOR to booking airfare. We must coordinate times of arrival and departure. If guests prefer to arrive and depart from a different airport guests will be responsible to obtain their own transportation to the hotel and airport. This arrangement would also require contact PRIOR to booking airfare. If guests do not coordinate flight bookings with our schedule the tour package is subject to cancellation. 

Specific payment details:

  • Non-refundable Deposit: $400 per person. Due immediately upon booking. Unpaid deposits will result in a cancelled reservation. 

  • First payment: 50% of the balance is due 90 days before arrival. 

  • 2nd payment: 50% of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. 

  • Final payment: Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancelation policy for International Tour Packages: 

  • International tours only: Non-refundable due to extensive planning and booking logistics with airfare, excursions, and lodging. 
  • Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that Bethel Tours 4 U offers through Allianz Insurance. If you must cancel this tour, you will report to the Travel Insurance Company to make a claim for reimbursement. Bethel Tours 4 U does not reimburse this package. Guests are able to purchase travel insurance on their own as well.

  • Guests who do not purchase the travel insurance will be responsible for costs associated with cancelling flights and the hotel stay.

March 4th/5th- Fly into Heathrow (LHR) London Airport. We will coordinate times to meet at the Airport as a group to travel together to the Hotel. We will arrive at the Hotel and get settled. Depending on what time we arrive at the Hotel we will plan as a group to eat at a local pub or restaurant.

March 6th- This will be our 1st City Sightseeing Day. We will include Kensington Garden, Hyde Park, Notting Hill and Paddington Districts.

March 7th- We will participate in a Full City Bible Tour. It includes a 2 Hour Grand Bible Tour at the British Museum and a 5-hour London Tour with Boat Ride on the River Thames

March 8th- 2nd City Sightseeing. Piccadilly Square and Soho. Great day for Souvenir Shopping.

March 9th- Guided Tour of Windsor Castle, City of Bath and Stonehenge. WOW! Can't wait for this Tour. Lunch is included at a Local Pub.

March 10th- We will Tour Chelmsford Bethel and some local Sightseeing in Chelmsford. (Bethel Tour has already been reserved)

March 11th- 2nd Bible Tour at British Museum and Local Sightseeing.

March 12th-Departure at Heathrow (LHR) London Airport. We loved meeting you and hope to be friends forever.
