4 Days and 3 Nights Tour Package (No Airfare included)

Please note this tour booking does not include airfare. 

***BEFORE BOOKING YOUR AIRFARE*** Flights MUST ARRIVE and DEPART from EWR (Newark, NJ). We require that you contact us PRIOR to booking airfare. We must coordinate times of arrival and departure. Airline booking must coordinate to our scheduled itinerary, otherwise guests will be required to make their own transportation arrangements. Thank you so much. 

Specific payment details:

• Non-refundable Deposit: $100 per person. Due 90 days before arrival. 

• First payment: 50% of the total balance. Due 60 days prior to your arrival. 

• Final payment: Remaining balance. Due 21 days prior to your arrival. 

• Please NOTE if you do need to cancel your tour with us after 21 days there is no refund. However, we will hold your payments as a credit to apply to another tour within 1 year.

Cancellation policy: 

• Eligible for refund: Booking must be cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival. 

• Non-eligible for refund: Bookings cancelled 20 days or less prior to arrival. 

• All packages are eligible for credit should cancellation be necessary. Credit is applied to future tour dates scheduled within 1 year from the date of the original booking. 

• Deposits are non-refundable. 

Sample Itinerary:

1st Day - Fly into Newark Airport and be picked up by a Bethel Tours 4 U team member. We will stop by the grocery store for our guests to pick up food to prepare in our large kitchen. If your preference is to eat out in the evenings while at the house, you would need to obtain your own transportation. 

• Airport Arrival times: Must fall within 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM 

• Airport Departure times: Must fall within 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM 

• If you are driving to our home or would like to make other transportation arrangements, please note the check-in time is 4:00 PM. 

 2nd Day - Tour Patterson Bethel (includes the Village). This tour is 3 hours. We will take guests to a favorite lunch spot in Fishkill NY after your Bethel Tour. It is called the Red Line Diner.

3rd Day - Spend the day Sightseeing in NYC (guests can reserve the MET Bible tour this day). If you would like to book a Bible tour through Oasis Group at the Metropolitan Museum you must schedule this for this day only. The latest time slot to book would be 2:30 PM as the tour lasts 3 hours. The NYC Sightseeing attractions for this day are: Stop for a NY Bagel, Walk in Central Park, Drive through Times Square, Staten Island Ferry and Souvenir shop in Little Italy (great place to get pasta or a slice of pizza).

4th Day- Depart from Newark Airport. If you have driven in your checkout time is 11AM. We loved meeting you and hope to be friends forever.
