***BEFORE BOOKING YOUR AIRFARE*** Flights MUST ARRIVE and DEPART from EWR (Newark, NJ). We require that you contact us PRIOR to booking airfare. We must coordinate times of arrival and departure. Airline booking must coordinate to our scheduled itinerary, otherwise guests will be required to make their own transportation arrangements. Thank you so much.
Specific payment details:
Non-refundable Deposit: $100 per person. Due at time of Reservation.
First payment: 50% of the total balance. Due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Final payment: Remaining balance. Due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Please NOTE if you do need to cancel your tour with us after 30 days there is no refund. However, we will hold your payments as a credit to apply to another tour within 1 year.
Cancellation policy:
Eligible for refund: Booking must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival.
Non-eligible for refund: Bookings cancelled 29 days or less prior to arrival.
All packages are eligible for credit should cancellation be necessary. Credit is applied to future tour dates scheduled within 1 year from the date of the original booking.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Sample Itinerary: Itinerary can vary depending on Tour reservations at Bethel.
Sunday - Fly into Newark Airport and be picked up by a Bethel Tours 4 U team member. We will stop by the grocery store for our guests to pick up food to prepare in our large kitchen. We will stop at the grocery store 2 times during the week. If your preference is to eat out in the evenings while at the house, you would need to obtain your own transportation.
(We only make one run on the day for departures and Arrivals. When we have multiple guests coming in with different flights, all guests will depart at the same time to allow for earliest flight to leave. If you would prefer to depart later in the day, you can checkout by 11AM and schedule a pickup from one of our brothers that we recommend for transportation. This additional cost will be paid by guest, not by Bethel Tours 4 U)
Airport Arrival times: Must fall within 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Airport Departure times: Must fall within 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
If you are driving to our home or would like to make other transportation arrangements, please note the check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Monday - Tour Patterson Bethel (includes the Village). This tour is 3 hours.
Tuesday - Tour Wallkill Bethel. This tour is 1 hour. Visit JW Souvenir Shop. Enjoy attending the meeting with us at 7pm.
Wednesday- Tour Warwick Bethel. Drive by Ramapo and Tuxedo Bethels. This tour is 3 hours.
Thursday- We have three options to choose for this Free Day. 1.) Spend the day Sightseeing in NYC (guests can reserve the MET Bible tour this day). We will leave the house between 8-830AM and leave NYC between 430-5PM. We have 4-6 attractions chosen that are most popular to take guests to see. These attractions are: Staten Island Ferry (depending on weather), Little Italy/Chinatown, Brooklyn Bridge, DUMBO, Times Square and Central Park. If there is a different attraction you would like to substitute please let us know and we will try to accomodate. 2.) Local Sightseeing in the Hudson Valley area. 3.) Bible Tour at Yale University Art Gallery in Connecticut. This Bible tour is given by your very own hosts, Heather and Brett! After the tour guests can sightsee other areas of the Yale University Art Gallery Museum. A brochure about this visit is available upon request. We will take a poll from the group and most votes wins on the free day itinerary.
Friday- Depart from Newark Airport. If you have driven in, checkout time is at 11AM.
We ask that our guests join the WhatsApp group chat we create. Each evening Bethel Tours 4 U will text the WhatsApp group the next day's itinerary. We ask that you respect the itinerary and the times that we specify. This will allow all guests to know what's happening and what to expect. It will allow Bethel Tours 4 U to remain on schedule and for all guests to enjoy their vacation. WhatsApp will also allow us to take polls on decisions and share live locations for guests and tour managers.
Bethel Reservations process: This is to be booked after speaking with us. Please do not book these on your own.
Unless otherwise indicated, guests will need to make reservations for each Bethel location (Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick). Bethel requires groups to reserve under their own name with their own jw.org account. We will provide details and guidance on what days and times to book each Bethel location.
