8 Days and 7 Nights Bethel Tour Package (No Airfare Included)

Our most popular tour package! This tour package includes Transportation, Rooming (2 guests per room), visiting Warwick and Wallkill and Patterson Bethels and a day in the Big Apple! This tour gets the most out of your trip! 

Please note this tour booking does not include airfare. 

***BEFORE BOOKING YOUR AIRFARE*** Flights MUST ARRIVE and DEPART from EWR (Newark, NJ). We require that you contact us PRIOR to booking airfare. We must coordinate times of arrival and departure. Airline booking must coordinate to our scheduled itinerary, otherwise guests will be required to make their own transportation arrangements. Thank you so much. 

Specific payment details:

• Non-refundable Deposit: $100 per person. Due 90 days before arrival. 

• First payment: 50% of the total balance. Due 60 days prior to your arrival. 

• Final payment: Remaining balance. Due 21 days prior to your arrival. 

• Please NOTE if you do need to cancel your tour with us after 21 days there is no refund. However, we will hold your payments as a credit to apply to another tour within 1 year.

Cancellation policy: 

• Eligible for refund: Booking must be cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival. 

• Non-eligible for refund: Bookings cancelled 20 days or less prior to arrival. 

• All packages are eligible for credit should cancellation be necessary. Credit is applied to future tour dates scheduled within 1 year from the date of the original booking. 

• Deposits are non-refundable. 

Sample Itinerary:

Friday - Fly into Newark Airport and be picked up by a Bethel Tours 4 U team member. We will stop by the grocery store for our guests to pick up food to prepare in our large kitchen. We will stop at the grocery store 2 times during the week. If your preference is to eat out in the evenings while at the house, you would need to obtain your own transportation. 

• Airport Arrival times: Must fall within 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM 

• Airport Departure times: Must fall within 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM 

• If you are driving to our home or would like to make other transportation arrangements, please note the check-in time is 4:00 PM. 

Saturday - Spend the day Sightseeing in NYC (guests can reserve the MET Bible tour this day). Guests are asked to provide 4 locations they would like to see and closer to the tour dates the final locations will be added to the itinerary. Please note preferences are taken into account from all guests touring with us during that week. If you would like to book a Bible tour through Oasis Group at the Metropolitan Museum you must schedule this for this day only. We ask that you only book morning slots and send us the information of your appointment. 

Monday - Tour Patterson Bethel (includes the Village). This tour is 3 hours. 

Tuesday - Tour Wallkill Bethel. This tour is 1 hour. Visit JW Souvenir Shop. Enjoy attending the meeting with us at 7pm. 

Wednesday- Tour Warwick Bethel. Drive by Ramapo and Tuxedo Bethels. This tour is 3 hours.

Thursday- Local Sightseeing in the Hudson Valley area or a Bible Tour at Yale University Art Gallery in Connecticut. This Bible tour is given by your very own hosts, Heather and Brett! After the tour guests can sightsee other areas of the Yale University Art Gallery Museum. A brochure about this visit is available upon request. 

Friday- Depart from Newark Airport. If you have driven in, checkout time is at 11AM. We loved meeting you and hope to be friends forever.

Bethel Reservations process: This is to be booked after speaking with us. Please do not book these on your own. 

Unless otherwise indicated, guests will need to make reservations for each Bethel location (Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick). Bethel requires groups to reserve under their own name with their own jw.org account. We will provide details and guidance on what days and times to book each Bethel location.
