With this 11-day tour package you will see Bologna and Rome with their ancient historical landmarks, archeological sites and experience some amazing food. Then you will be able to take in the amazing beautiful torquoise waters of the Cinque Terre Coast! You have most likely seen those famous pictures with the hillside of colorful homes and beautiful beaches. Yes, we will get to visit some of those coastal towns. Would you like to join us? We will be making this trip only once in 2026. We will be bringing a group of up to 18. We do allow guests to book single or double occupancy per room. If you would prefer a single occupancy the price is adjusted to $4800 per person.
**Please note this tour booking includes Round trip International Airfare from your local Airport. **


Package cost without airfare:

If you would like to book this tour without airfare, please let us know and we will adjust the price to $3300 per person double occupancy and $3800 per person single occupancy. See important booking details below.  

***BEFORE BOOKING YOUR AIRFARE*** There are quite a few specific flight details you must know. We require that you contact us PRIOR to booking airfare. We must coordinate times of arrival and departure. If guests prefer to arrive and depart from a different airport guests will be responsible to obtain their own transportation to the hotel and airport. This arrangement would also require contact PRIOR to booking airfare. If guests do not coordinate flight bookings with our schedule the tour package is subject to cancellation. 

Specific payment details:

  • Non-refundable Deposit: $400 per person. Due immediately upon booking. Unpaid deposits will result in a cancelled reservation. 

  • First payment: 50% of the total balance. Due 120 days before arrival. 

  • Second payment: 50% of the balance. Due 60 days before arrival.

  • Final payment: Remaining balance. Due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancelation policy for International Tour Packages: 

  • International tours only: Non-refundable due to extensive planning and booking logistics with airfare, excursions, and lodging. If needed to cancel, you may make arrangements for a friend to replace your spot and pay you directly for what you have paid to Bethel Tours 4 U  
  • Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance at time of Booking. Bethel Tours 4 U offers travel insurance with Allianz Insurance. If you would like us to give you a quote please let us know and we can include this in your reservation. If you must cancel this tour, you will report to the Travel Insurance Company to make a claim for reimbursement. Bethel Tours 4 U does not reimburse this package. Guests are able to purchase travel insurance on their own as well. 
  • Guests who do not purchase the travel insurance will be responsible for costs associated with cancelling flights and the hotel stay.

As we get closer to our Travel date we will share with you a detailed Itinerary for each day.

Day 1- Fly into Rome International Airport (FCO). We will coordinate times to meet at the Airport as a group to travel together to the train station and air BnB in Bologna, Italy. We will travel on the Fast Italia Rail in Premium Class. Depending on what time we arrive at the Hotel we will plan as a group to eat at a local restaurant.

Day 2- This will be our 1st City Sightseeing Day in Bologna.

Day 3- Bologna Hop On & Off Bus, Souvenir shopping, Market shopping.

Day 4- Fast Italia Rail in Premium Class ride to Cinque Terre. Check into our hotel or Air BnB. Have dinner together as a Group.

Day 5- Sightseeing Day in local towns. Take the train to local towns and sightsee and learn about the culture and community.

Day 6- Local excursion or food tour. Beach day or free day.

Day 7- Fast Italia Rail in Premium Class ride to Rome. Settled in to Air BnB. Have dinner together as a Group.

Day 8- Bible Tour with Bible Tours Rome JW.

Day 9- This is a rest day. Guests can take the day and enjoy it leisurely how they would like to.

Day 10- City walking Tour by Bible Tours Rome JW. Last afternoon/evening to Souvenir shop, eat on your own and enjoy Rome.

Day 11- Departure from Rome Airport.
