This tour package includes visiting Niagara Falls (Canada side), Canada, Warwick and Wallkill, Patterson and one day in NYC for Sightseeing and one day of Local Hudson Valley Sightseeing.
Please note this tour booking does not include airfare. ***BEFORE BOOKING YOUR AIRFARE*** please contact us to confirm that you MUST ARRIVE at EWR (Newark, NJ) and MUST DEPART from EWR (Newark, NJ). If you do not coordinate Flights and Times with our schedule your tour package will be canceled. We only allow for flights to come in on a Sunday and leave on a Friday. Thank you so much.****
Specific payment details:
Non-refundable Deposit: $400 per person. Due at time of reservation.
First payment: 50% of the total balance. Due 90 days prior to your arrival.
Final payment: Remaining balance. Due 45 days prior to your arrival.
Please NOTE if you do need to cancel your tour with us after 45 days there is no refund. However, we will hold your payments as a credit to apply to another tour within 1 year.
Cancellation policy:
Eligible for refund: Booking must be cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival.
Non-eligible for refund: Bookings cancelled 59 days or less prior to arrival.
All packages are eligible for credit should cancellation be necessary. Credit is applied to future tour dates scheduled within 1 year from the date of the original booking.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Sample Itinerary: Itinerary can vary depending on Tour reservations at Bethel.
Sunday- Arrival into EWR Newark Airport or SWF Stewart/Newburgh Airport and be picked up by Bethel Tours 4 U. (We only make one run on the days for departures and Arrivals. When we have multiple guests coming in with different flights, all guests will depart at the same time to allow for earliest flight to leave. If you would prefer to depart later in the day, you can checkout by 11AM and schedule a pickup from one of our brothers that we recommend for transportation. This additional cost will be paid by guest, not by Bethel Tours 4 U)
Airport Arrival times: Must fall within 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Airport Departure times: Must fall within 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
If you are driving to our home or would like to make other transportation arrangements, please note the check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Monday- We will leave for Canada between 9-10am. We will stop along the route for restrooms, coffee and meals. We will stop by the grocery store in Buffalo, NY for our guests to pick up food to prepare in the Kitchen at the Air BnB. The Group will stay in an Air BnB together.
Tuesday- Tour Canada Bethel. Visit Toronto in the afternoon/evening.
Wednesday- Visit the White Water Walk and have lunch. Visit Niagara Falls during the Day and Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe.
Thursday- Travel down to our home in Blooming Grove, NY. This will be an 8-10 hour day. We will stop along the route for restrooms, coffee and meals. We will stop by the grocery store for our guests to pick up food to prepare in our large kitchen. We will stop at the grocery store 2 times during the week. If your preference is to eat out in the evenings while at the house, you would need to obtain your own transportation.
Friday - NYC sightseeing. We will stop for a NY Bagel. Drive thru Wall Street. Staten Island Ferry ride, Little Italy/Chinatown, Drive thru Times Square. Stop for JRs. Cheesecake and finish with walk in Central Park.
Saturday - Local Sightseeing in the Hudson Valley area or a Bible Tour at Yale University Art Gallery in Connecticut. This Bible tour is given by your very own hosts, Heather and Brett! After the tour guests can sightsee other areas of the Yale University Art Gallery Museum. A brochure about this visit is available upon request.
Sunday - Attend meeting with us at 10:00 AM. Enjoy lunch out with the Group.
Monday - Tour Patterson Bethel (includes the Village). This tour is 3 hours.
Tuesday - Tour Wallkill Bethel. This tour is 2 hours. Visit JW Souvenir Shop. Enjoy attending the meeting with us at 7pm.
Wednesday- Tour Warwick Bethel. Drive by Ramapo and Tuxedo Bethels. This tour is 3 hours.
Thursday- Spend the day Sightseeing in NYC (This is a great day for guests to reserve the MET Bible tour this day. If you would like to book a Bible tour through Oasis Group at the Metropolitan Museum you must schedule this for this day only. We ask that you only book the AM Tour and send us the information of your appointment.)

Friday- Depart from Newark Airport. If you have driven in, checkout is by 11am.
We ask that our guests join the WhatsApp group chat we create. Each evening Bethel Tours 4 U will text the WhatsApp group the next day's itinerary. We ask that you respect the itinerary and the times that we specify. This will allow all guests to know what's happening and what to expect. It will allow Bethel Tours 4 U to remain on schedule and for all guests to enjoy their vacation. WhatsApp will also allow us to take polls on decisions and share live locations for guests and tour managers.
Bethel Reservations process: This is to be booked after speaking with us. Please do not book these on your own.
Unless otherwise indicated, guests will need to make reservations for each Bethel location (Patterson, Wallkill, and Warwick). Bethel requires groups to reserve under their own name with their own jw.org account. We will provide details and guidance on what days and times to book each Bethel location.
